Hello from Lake Winni.
Walleye action is good when you land on them. Fish are scattered. Look to the 12 to 20 foot deep. Water is very clear this time of the year. Fish are very willing to bite once you find them. Jigs and shinner minnows working well. You can rig a shinner if yhey are a bit finnicky. Cloudy days they will bite on and off all day. Clear days early and later in the day has been better. Shore drops have been better as the shinners are spawning now.
We do have sime perch being caught in the 10 to 15 foot range. Sort through them for a nice bag of ten inches and up. Smaller minnows is the way to go. West side from sugar up to Big stoney is good. Tamarac bay is also kicking them out.
Pike are crazy now in the deeper water. 15 to 30 foot. Any minnows you thow down will catch them. Lots of smaller fish.
Time to go fishing Pat.
