The Walleye bite on Winnie has moved toward deeper water. We are now fishing main lake bars and humps. Bars that have been going well , The Big Bend on Bena bar out through Long Bar. Horseshoe bar and Snaghole are doing well on a west wind. Sugar bar on the shore side is also going well. Start rigging now with crawlers and leeches. From the tops of the structure in 15 feet of water down the slopes to 30 feet.
Perch action has also gone deeper. Look to 25 to 30 feet off the main lake bars. Jigs and fathead minnows the best tactic.
We still some cabins openings late June early July. If you would like to get in on this great fishing give a call.
Pat.
