Hello from Big Winnie. The snow is coming down on the lake finally. We can get around in some spots dry and some spot in slush. We have 20 inches of ice. Travel with atv,s is the way to go. Perch are biting here with plenty of sorting you can get your fish. Look to the 8 to 15 foot areas. Shoreline drops. Round lake is kicking perch out also. Shallow shore flats the best. Fish from 5 to 10 feet. Most panfish lakes around here have some slush spots . Travel in pairs will help if you need a pull. As temps warm look for the snow to go. Travel will get easy but the ice will not last long. Cal a head for up to the minute reports. See you on the lake. Pat
